The Wellingtons web site is an internet service published by Wellingtons using the site the user automatically accepts our Terms and Conditions. We may change and republish the Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is up to the user to regularly review these Terms and Conditions and note any changes. Continued use of the site after a change has been made indicates the user’s acceptance of those changes.

Our Refer a Friend offer is available for a limited time, and for new clients only.
The client must state their referrer's name, at the point at which they instruct Wellingtons to sell their property. We would also recommend that the referrer makes themselves known to us as well, by sending us a quick message with their contact details here.
Upon completion of a client's sale, we would then contact the referrer and send them a £250 John Lewis gift voucher (or alternatively for local retailer of their choice).
This offer is only available for clients selling their property through Wellingtons on a sole agency basis only.
No retrospective claims can be made.
The gift voucher is only payable once Wellingtons has sold the property, the sale has completed, and payment of Wellingtons' commission has been received in full.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Wellingtons has absolute discretion in determining whether the terms and conditions of this offer have been met.
