Hello - I'm Lucy, the founder of Wellingtons. I’ve been an estate agent for 17 years, working for local independent and well-known high-end corporate estate agencies in Surrey, Berkshire and South West London.

I left to start Wellingtons having become frustrated that the industry was becoming less and less about the customer, and purely about hitting targets. For me, the appeal has always been building relationships and delighting clients, while also taking the stress out of the process for buyers and sellers.

My family and I have lived in Camberley for over 10 years, we feel very much part of the community here. 

I am tremendously passionate about what I do and am a bit of a perfectionist!

What's different about Wellingtons?

Wellingtons is a hybrid estate agency and what this means is we bring together the best parts of the traditional high street and online models.

The hybrid model is changing the face of estate agency for the better and has highlighted that a high street presence has become largely obsolete. Technology now enables us to reach a far bigger audience of prospective buyers, and showcase our clients’ properties on numerous virtual platforms.

We are proud to be a bit different to high street agents and, more importantly, believe we are better set up to help our clients as they benefit from:

The overwhelming majority of buyers and tenants now start their searches online. So, ensuring your property is seen in all the right places, and in its very best light is crucial. Blurry, wonky or dark property pictures won’t cut it! Your property has only a few seconds to catch their eye when scrolling through hundreds of listings. The quality of photography cannot be compromised on as great photography = more enquiries, which lead to more viewings and more offers. And typically this results in a higher price. That’s why we only use the best property specialist professional photographers, and at no cost to our clients. We also personally monitor and optimise the marketing performance of your property, driving increased interest from buyers in a shorter period of time.
