Our Story
Wellingtons was founded during 2020, in the middle of a global pandemic! While there were already a large number of estate agents in Camberley back then, this one was created with a clear client-first vision and drive to do things differently.

Meet Lucy Egan - Founder of Wellingtons
Our founder, Lucy is the face of Wellingtons. With a successful career in the property industry behind her, she started out determined to deliver a different - and better - estate agency in Camberley and beyond.
Lucy’s background before this saw her spend almost 15 years working at a senior level for leading names in the residential property sector like Foxtons, Chesterton and Strutt & Parker. She later went on to work for local agents in Surrey Heath and Berkshire, before founding Wellingtons in 2020.
Lucy’s approach to estate agency is characterised by her dedication to making each sale seamless, using her years of expertise to guide clients through the often stressful process of selling. Her personal touch, attention to detail, and creative approach to tailoring strategies ensure that every property is presented in its best light, attracts the ideal buyer and achieves the optimal outcome for the client.
Outside of work, Lucy lives in Camberley with her young family. She enjoys going to the gym, woodland walks with her Dalmatian and getting stuck into a good box set when she has a bit of spare time!
