Hello - I'm Lucy, the founder of Wellingtons. I’ve been an estate agent for nearly 20 years, working for local independent and well-known high-end corporate estate agencies in Surrey, Berkshire and South West London.

I left High Street agency to start Wellingtons in 2020, frustrated that the industry was becoming less and less about the customer, and purely about hitting targets. For me, the appeal has always been building relationships and delighting clients, while also taking the stress out of the process for buyers and sellers, but you don't need to take my word for it.
